How do I know which treatment I should book in for?

Our highly trained Skin Therapists focus on customisation, ensuring that all treatments are suited to your skin condition. All new clients are booked in for a Skin Consultation first so we can determine the perfect treatment for you.

Why do I need a consultation?

Our thorough Skin Consultation includes the use of our state-of-the-art Observ skin camera, which allows us to diagnose the skin conditions below the skin surface. This analysis gives us all the information we need to treat your skin effectively. The consultation is $70, which is fully redeemable on products purchased on the day.

How long will my treatment take?

All Euphoria Skin treatments vary in time, starting from half an hour and going up to two hours. If you have a specific time that you need to be out by, we recommend you notify us when booking your appointment.

Do I need to do anything before my treatment?

Not at all. However, we kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your first appointment to allow you time to fill in our New Client Consultation Form.

Can I have treatments when pregnant?

Of course. There are a few treatments that you should avoid while pregnant; your Skin Therapist will discuss these with you. It’s important to let us know if you are pregnant, even if you’re not telling friends and family yet.

How long will it be before I start seeing my results?

Unfortunately, we can’t predict when you will see results, as every skin reacts uniquely and recovers at a different speed. You will notice an improvement in your skin condition after each visit, though.

Can I use all my products after my treatment?

This will depend on the treatment that you have on the day. Your Skin Therapist will let you know which products you should avoid using, and for how long.

How long will my skin be red for?

Skin redness will depend on the treatment you have had, as well as the sensitivity of your skin. Some strong treatments do result in skin redness and downtime; your therapist will advise you accordingly. We will also inform you of this when making the appointment. If you are concerned, please get in touch

I’m flaking, is this normal?

Flaking is completely normal; it is the skin’s way of removing the layers that we don’t need after a treatment, which are then replaced with new, stronger layers. Flaking post-treatment can last from 2-5 days.

I’m on Roaccutane, can I still have treatments?

Yes, you can. However, you do need to inform your Skin Therapist of this so that they can adjust your treatment plan accordingly.

Can I have treatments when I have a cold sore?

No, unfortunately, we are unable to treat clients when they have an active cold sore.

Do I need to be using homecare?

Think of your treatments as the gym, and of homecare as your diet. Without combining a proper diet and the gym, you won’t be getting the best results that you can.

Do you have payment plans?

Yes. We also offer ZipPay in-clinic, alongside with program payment plans.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes. We require a $40 deposit to secure all appointments.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or fail to attend your appointment, we reserve the right to use your $40 booking deposit as your cancellation fee.
In the case of prepaid packages, the treatment will be forfeited, and you will not be able to use this treatment at a later date.

Can a family member take my spot if I am unable to make it?

Yes, we do allow family members to take appointment spots.

Do I have to buy a Gift Voucher for a treatment?

No, you don’t! Gift Vouchers can be bought for a specific treatment or you can purchase them as a dollar amount, that can then be used for any of our treatments.

How long do I have to use my Gift Voucher?

The expiry for our Gift Vouchers is three (3) years from purchase.

Can I use my Gift Voucher on products?

Yes, the dollar amount Gift Vouchers can be used for products as well as treatments.
