DMK sure know how to throw a party and at Euphoria Skin, we know how to party. So, this relationship was always going to be a match made in heaven!
On Saturday 8th of September, we hung up our treatment coats and prepared to celebrate DMK’s 20th year of distribution in Australia and New Zealand. Only fitting, the theme this year was ‘’Party Like it’s 1999” and so we dug out our satin slip dresses and overalls and paired them with chokers and butterfly clips – and it was soooo much fun! Hello ‘90s fashion revival. Danne, DMK creator and down-right skin god was at the party in all his glory. Dan and Deb Dickson, whom many of you have met at our clinic events (and our heroes for making DMK a thing here is Oz), looked back on their success with hilariously daggy ‘90s photos of the baby-faced couple. The night continued with the who’s who of the skin industry, including our buddies The Skin Fairy coming all the way from WA and Melbournite Scandi skin saviours HUD Skin + Body. We all danced up a storm to Salt-N-Pepa and of course… The Backstreet Boys.
But by far our highlight of the night was being awarded ‘Social Media Ambassador Award for 2018’! Safe to say, there were a few tears shed at our table and in particular by our one and only Nat – although she’d never admit it. We were thrilled by this achievement because it meant that our vision of educating our clients about all things skin and spreading hope and skinspiration (#sorrynotsorry) to those struggling with their own skin issues was paying off. Plus, Nat now has a justifiable reason to continue gracing your digital devices with her lovely face, on a daily basis!
We really couldn’t have won this award without you guys though, our amazingly supportive clients who continue to follow our journey as skin therapists, and our client’s inspirational skin transformations through our social media platforms. We really appreciate that you let us share the incredible results we are able to achieve with DMK skincare. So, sincerely thank you from the bottom of our hearts and please keep the ‘likes’ coming!
