Did you know how simple is to perform an enzyme treatment from the comfort of your home? As a team, we do this regularly and now we want to educate all our clients on exactly what to do, as it will be a perfect solution to maintain your skin. DMK has created the best at-home skin system I have worked with to date – FOAMY LIFT KIT (aka at-home enzyme therapy treatment). We have combined it with a couple of other products allowing you to experience the main actions and benefits that a professional skin treatment achieves – deep cleanse, exfoliation, lymphatic drainage, and masque. And the best bit is that it is simple and easy. In fact, my husband and I do it regularly on Friday night while we bath our kids (secretly my husband loves it even though he won’t admit it!) So once a week, follow these steps and you will be on the way to skin that is clear, smooth, and super bright.
Step 1 – Cleanse
Apply a pea size of your Cleanser and mix with water. Massage into the face for 30 seconds before rinsing with warm water. Then apply a 20-cent piece amount of Epitoxyl to a cotton pad and wipe over the skin in a toner like movement. Leave on for 3 minutes and rinse off with warm water. This is a supreme tissue detoxifier and effectively draws all the toxins out of the skin. The skin looks instantly brighter.
Step 2 – Exfoliate
Apply a 10-cent piece amount of Micro Peel to the skin and leave on for 5 minutes. The skin will tingle on the application when you first begin to use Micro Peel as it is a very active and effective exfoliant. After 5 minutes, blot off the excess with a tissue.
Step 3 – Masque
It’s time to apply your at-home Enzyme Masque! Mix 2 teaspoons of Foamy Lift with 2 teaspoons of Exoderma and stir to a foamy consistency. Apply in upwards motions, starting at the base of the neck up over the face and over the forehead. After a minute you may experience some warmth and redness as the circulation and lymphatic drainage begins. Please don’t be concerned as it will also dissipate within minutes. Leave on for 30 minutes before jumping into the shower to rinse off (after trialing all different ways to remove the masque, this is simply the easiest way to get it off).
Step 4 – Moisturise
The final step in your at-home skin treatment is to apply your normal moisturising routine, including drops, serums, oils, and cremes. And voila – you have completed your own at-home enzyme treatment!
